01 General Information & Applicability

Kd33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the kd33.ws website and all associated services.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and kd33. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these terms. kd33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice — so we recommend checking this page regularly.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may operate one account only.

• Account credentials must not be shared with anyone.

If any information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, kd33 reserves the right to terminate that account and forfeit all balances. Creating multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all accounts and the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

Users are responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kd33 support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

03 Betting Rules & Terms

The following rules apply to all bets placed on kd33:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet not placed before the event begins will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Kd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the event of a technical error in odds display.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment.
• A maximum bet limit per match applies to each account.

If kd33 identifies suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing, or any other misconduct, it reserves the right to void the relevant bets and winnings and close the account. kd33's decision is final in all betting-related disputes.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all transactions on kd33:

1. Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT. Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
2. Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
3. Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
4. Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
5. Charges: kd33 does not charge any deposit fees, though payment gateway charges may apply.

KYC rules are strictly enforced to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit. If suspicious transactions are detected, kd33 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kd33 offers a range of bonuses for both new and existing users. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions detailed on the offers page. The general bonus rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available once to newly registered users only.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are deducted from the bonus balance first.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once will result in bonus cancellation.
• Kd33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

For any bonus-related disputes, please contact the support team. Any bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being voided.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

Kd33 is fully committed to responsible gaming. We want every user to bet safely and with awareness. To support this, the following tools are available:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a cap on how much you can bet within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily lock your account for a set period at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

07 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Harassment of other users or staff.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after KYC verification is complete. To appeal a permanent account closure, please contact support.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, all valid balances will be returned.

• Service discontinuation due to changes in legislation.

In any case of loss, kd33's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.
